Susi went out of the way to see I have a safe and comfortable flight and made it so easy by getting my seats sorted out before I went to the counter to get the boarding passes. Good service and friendly - will recommend. 

Where do I start , Susan and the team from Serene could not have made our vacation any more enjoyable considering the issues facing Sri Lanka whilst we where there . From pick up at airport on the 5th July to drop off on the 19th everything and everywhere was planned to a tee . Athula our quide ,driver and advisor for the trip was excellent and very resourceful when required , nothing was ever a problem and always had a smile on his face no matter the situation on the day . Flexibility is the key when the economic climate is changing day to day and we always felt safe and comfortable in Athula's capabilities to make the everyday activity's and travel easy and Susan's forward planing if changes needed to get made . If you are planing to visit Sri Lanka in the near or distant future we would recommend Serene Vacations to anybody interested in a well organized holiday by a very helpful , energetic and nothing is to much trouble team .
